Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and undamaged.
  • Final Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@lexazi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
