Free Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimated from the ship date, not the order date. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon , sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS standard shipping only. Expedited options are not available for these addresses.
Returns
Return Policy
We want you to love every piece. If something does not work out, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Swimwear & Intimates
For hygiene reasons, swimwear is only returnable if the hygiene liner is intact and undamaged. Swimwear returned without the liner or with signs of wear will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@lexazi.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason.
- We will reply within 24 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and that your preferred item is still available.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@lexazi.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
